| Summary of thesis | The proposed Ph.D. research project aims to employ a multiscale approach to investigate the brittle deformation. The primary objective is to characterize fracture networks and their tectonic significance in the region and perform a 3D geological modeling to represent these structures. To address these objectives, the research will adopt at least three scales of investigation and analysis: a regional scale by using of remote sensing data; an outcrop scale through fieldwork; and an UAV drone based inter-scale characterization to interconnect and span the structural analysis.
